About Inner Immersion
Inner Immersion is a groundbreaking behavioral health tool designed to revolutionize mental health care. We empower mental health professionals and institutions to achieve their core goal of improving clients’ well-being by identifying and addressing the underlying causes of their challenges.

Inner Immersion was founded by Jose Hernandez, an artist, international speaker, and visionary whose life was profoundly changed by a near-death experience in 2000. A former electrical engineer and self-described atheist, Jose’s encounter with death, grueling recovery and search for integration through mental health, led to deep insights, a transformative understanding of life’s challenges, and a profound appreciation for the intrinsic value of each human experience.
Inner Immersion represents the culmination of the founder’s journey of integration and purpose. It was developed to offer individuals the opportunity to discover their own paths to healing and transformation through a program that emphasizes the value of life within the context of the continuity of consciousness.

Introduction
At Inner Immersion, we provide a transformative path to self-discovery and healing. Our innovative approach combines evidence-based practices with a holistic methodology, guiding participants through group and one-on-one sessions to connect with their inner selves at their own pace.
By creating a safe space for deep self-exploration, we enable individuals to uncover the root causes of their challenges, recognize their core strengths, and foster sustainable wholeness and well-being, addressing the source, rather than the symptom of the issue.
The Problem
The mental health landscape faces a dual crisis:
- Escalating Mental Health Needs: Communities are experiencing a sharp rise in mental health challenges, putting immense pressure on the healthcare system.
- Provider Burnout: Mental health professionals are struggling to meet the increasing demand, leading to burnout and reduced effectiveness
This dual-pronged issue calls for an innovative solution that can address both the needs of individuals seeking help and the challenges faced by mental health providers.

A Potent Solution
Inner Immersion offers a powerful and efficient solution to these pressing challenges:
- For Individuals: Our program provides a safe, supportive environment for participants to explore their inner selves, identify root causes of their issues, and develop resilience and purpose.
- For Mental Health Professionals: Inner Immersion empowers therapists with an effective tool to efficiently address multiple cases simultaneously, achieving significant breakthroughs in identifying underlying issues and catalyzing transformative change in just one or two sessions.
By streamlining the therapeutic process and rapidly building genuine rapport, Inner Immersion enables professionals to deliver targeted support and serve more individuals with greater effectiveness

The Inner Immersion approach
Inner Immersion offers a unique and powerful method for personal transformation and healing. By combining art-based and narrative techniques, our approach gently accesses the subconscious mind, facilitating profound breakthroughs and empowering participants to reconnect with their authentic selves.
- Carl Rogers' Theory of Unconditional Positive Regard: We create a safe, non-judgmental environment where participants feel fully accepted and valued. This unconditional positive regard allows individuals to explore their inner selves without fear, promoting self-acceptance and personal growth.
- Empowerment Theory: Inner Immersion actively involves participants in their own healing process, fostering a sense of control and self-efficacy. By recognizing and building upon individuals' strengths and resources, we enable them to become active agents in their own transformation.
- For Participants: We offer a path to wholeness and liberation, dissolving barriers that often impede healing and unlocking innate potential for growth and transformation.
- For Therapists: We provide a fulfilling, effective, and innovative way of working, helping professionals reconnect with their purpose and enhance their practice.
- Get to the Root Cause: By gently accessing the subconscious mind, we quickly uncover the underlying factors contributing to an individual's challenges.
- Build Trust: Our safe, supportive environment fosters rapid trust-building between participants and facilitators.
- Achieve Significant Breakthroughs: Through our unique combination of techniques, we catalyze transformative change in just one or two sessions of the program.
