Inner Immersion, Inc. is registered in Arizona, USA (Arizona Corporation Commission File Number: 23426862). Inner Immersion Behavioural Health is registered in British Columbia, Canada (British Columbia Registration Number: BC1334666).
All clinical mental health services are provided by independently licensed mental health professionals through their own practices. These professionals are responsible for implementing our behavioral health program, maintaining their licenses, and carrying their own liability insurance.
The Founder, who developed the program based on experience with over 2,000 participants, participates in practicum sessions as a peer counselor. Peer counseling is not a licensed clinical service but complements the work of licensed professionals.
Inner Immersion, Inc. primarily offers administrative and technology services to support mental health professionals. We do not provide licensed clinical counseling or medical services directly.
Patients have the right to access their medical records. Licensed mental health professionals providing services through Inner Immersion are responsible for maintaining and managing these records in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. With patient consent, records of care may be shared with the patient’s primary care provider via secure methods. Patients have the right to withhold or withdraw consent for such sharing.
In the United States, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) governs the sharing of protected health information. In Canada, regulations vary by province, but generally, patient consent is required for sharing health information outside the circle of care.
